Our Services and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Kaizen Mind Lab does not guarantee that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that all defects will be corrected. While we strive to provide high-quality educational content, we do not guarantee specific academic achievements, job placements, or financial outcomes from taking our courses.

7. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Kaizen Mind Lab, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, our Services or any content on the Services.
